The Art of Mindful Eating  -  August 21st from 11-1:00 pm @ Mother Nature’s Sun in Broad Ripple.   Do you struggle with overeating?  Do you feel addicted to certain foods?  Do you find yourself eating to sooth emotions like loneliness, sadness and stress?  Do you inhale your meals?  During this introductory exercise, we will explore the many benefits of mindful eating and Chef Audrey will take you through an exercise created by Buddhist Monk and teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh.   Experience the freedom of having a loving relationship with your food.  The time is now!  $15/person – RSVP by July 19th by calling 317-501-7606.

Vibrant Living Workshop – August 24th 6:30-9:30 pm @ Indianapolis Therapeutic Massage School.  Everything is energy.  Learn how the energy in your food can affect your vibration in life, which in turn affects your everyday experiences.  Audrey will expand your mind, exploring the delicate relationship between our health and the energy we exchange with our food.  Watch her demonstrate living food recipes and taste the deliciousness while you soak in the valuable information and tools that you can use to improve your wellbeing and relationships.  Massage Therapists – this class is worth 3 NCBTMB Credit Hours!  $85/person – Sign-up deadline is August 19th – call 317-439-4448 to reserve your spot!

 

Invoke Detox Experience - Friday, August 27th 6-9pm

6-7:30 p.m. - Detox Bootcamp with Laura Henderson: Laura will lead a balanced and invigorating vinyasa flow class, integrating powerful core work, twists and cardiovascular challenge to deeply detoxify the body and mind while rejuvenating the spirit. Be prepared to sweat and leave cleansed, strengthened and revitalized from this amazing workout.

May 22nd Raw Wellness" Spa Day at Rejuvenation Station.  Put this one on your calendar!  This day-long Spa Day will rejuvenate your soul, cleanse your body and enrich your mind with a wealth of information to help you live your most vibrant life.   The day will include freshly made juices, a gourmet raw food lunch and a variety of wellness demonstrations taught by Chef Audrey and Carol and Beth of Rejuvenation Station.

December 06 - Shop at Whole Foods this weekend and you will likely see Audrey demonstrating some RAW recipes!  Audrey will be at the Nora Whole Foods from 11-1 and at the Carmel store from 3-5.  She will be demonstrating and passing out samples of Holiday Kale Salad, Green Garden Soup and Pecan Pate.  Good stuff!
 
December 12 - Come to the Earth House for the Alternative Gift Fair for your holiday shopping.  This is the second year for the Fair and it will be full of talented local artisans offering all kinds of fabulous items.  Audrey will be selling Be Bliss Aroma products.  Hand-made aromatherapy products - what a great gift for someone

Fall 2009
September 5th – See Audrey as a special guest on Wish TV’s Chef Wendell segment, airing at approximately 7:47 am – demoing a smoothie recipe and talking about the benefits of whole foods.  The segment will be available on Wish’s website approximately one week after it airs. 

 

September 10th and 11th – Massage Studio Open House 4-7 pm both evenings.  Come check out Open Heart, Quiet Mind, get a free chair massage, see a Shiatsu or Thai massage demonstration and enter to win a free massage and aromatherapy products.  Where: 429 E Vermont, Suite 002 – right next to St. Mary’s Church – in the heart of the Lockerbie neighborhood.

Ocober 09 Audrey will be training for her Raw Food Assistant Chef certification in Ft. Bragg California.  She will be offering Living Food classes, demonstrations and chef services when she returns - a great opportunity for groups of all kinds looking for a fun, hands-on class, including information on incorporating more Raw/Living foods into your lifestyle or even just to learn about some techniques and recipes to add to your repertoire.
